Should you worry if you’re not yet married?
Along with tracking infectious diseases and other maladies, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also keeps tabs on “marriage probability.”
The agency complies national survey data to outline in neat, easy-to-parse percentages how many women and men are married by certain landmark ages. It’s a government-issued way of comparing your relationship status to that of your fellow Americans’, in other words. Awesome.
